The scope includes naming rights for various facilities such as the Sports Plex, Aquatics Center, Pavilion, Water Park & Pool, multiple fields, concession stands, disc-golf courses, pickleball courts, tennis courts, and a cross country course. The facilities are currently under construction. The vendor will be responsible for developing assets, identifying, negotiating, and finalizing sales of naming rights and sponsorships, and aiding the County in creating a naming rights policy. No subcontracting is allowed; the awarded business must perform 100% of the work.
