Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) is seeking qualified engineering firms for ongoing contracts to support electrical construction and program management services for utility and infrastructure projects. - Government Buyer: - Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA), Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida - Scope of Services: - Construction management and program management for utility and related infrastructure projects - Responsibilities include project scheduling, coordination, cost control, planning, design, constructability review, procurement support, and project delivery support - Projects may involve new construction, rehabilitation, renewal and replacement, repairs, upgrades, emergency work, and other facility improvements - Contract Structure: - One or more master continuing contracts will be established - Project-specific work assigned later through Specific Authorizations - Unique Requirements: - Compliance with Florida Statutes Section 255.103 - Qualifications-based selection under Section 287.055 (CCNA) - No OEMs or specific vendors are mentioned in the solicitation - Estimated construction cost for each project will be below the statutory limit for continuing contracts

Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is soliciting Qualification Statements from engineering firms to provide Construction Management and/or Program Management Services for utility and related infrastructure projects. The scope includes construction project scheduling, coordination, schedule and cost control, planning, design, constructability review, and project delivery support. Projects may involve new construction, rehabilitation, renewal and replacement, repairs, upgrades, emergency work, and other utility or facility improvements. The contract will establish one or more master continuing contracts with selected firms, with project-specific work assigned later through Specific Authorization.
