Description
The City of Wichita Park & Recreation Department is seeking one or more qualified concessionaires to provide food, beverage, and related concession services at City-operated athletic fields during leagues, tournaments, and special events. The solicitation aims to establish consistent, high-quality concession operations that enhance the experience of participants and spectators while ensuring reliable service, transparent sales reporting, and equitable revenue sharing with the City. The selection will be based on factors including ability to meet proposal terms, project understanding, technical qualifications, references, commission, and Small & Emerging Business Enterprise Program participation. Proposals are to be submitted electronically by October 2, 2026.
