Description

This construction project involves rehabilitating approximately 2,786 feet of existing 57- and 66-inch-diameter corroded reinforced concrete pipe on the Joint Outfall H Unit 3 Trunk Sewer using a cured-in-place pipe liner and/or a spiral-wound PVC liner. The work also includes rehabilitating 9 manholes with a protective coating system and all related appurtenant work. The contract may be awarded at a Board of Directors meeting on October 14, 2026, or within 120 days thereafter. The work must be completed within 250 working days after the Notice to Proceed.
