The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Children, Youth & Family Services (CYFS) is soliciting proposals through an RFP for support and service coordination of the Children’s Long-Term Support Waiver Program (CLTS). The program aims to implement services starting April 1, 2027. The department encourages participation from community agencies, organizations, joint ventures, and innovative partnerships.
