Description
Good Samaritan is soliciting proposals for a Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service to replace their current security detection and response solution. The successful vendor will provide a fully managed, 24x7x365 detection, investigation, and response capability covering endpoints, servers, network, identity, cloud, and mobile estate. The solution must include all necessary components, software, hardware, licensing, professional services, and managed services for transition and ongoing operation. The project delivery is scheduled from January 4, 2027, to December 31, 2029.
