The Town of Drayton Valley is seeking proposals for property management services for its affordable housing portfolio consisting of 27 units. The scope includes tenant screening, lease management, rent collection, arrears management, financial reporting, maintenance coordination, capital planning, and ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (Alberta) and other legislation.
