The University of Lethbridge is seeking a qualified construction manager to provide pre-construction and comprehensive construction management services for the University Hall Structural Rehabilitation. The scope includes planning, procurement planning, and execution of Phase 1 Structural Remediation, which is the immediate priority. The construction manager will also participate in strategic planning and pre-construction services for subsequent structural rehabilitation works, including a future comprehensive renovation called the Destination Project Phase II (DPII).
