Description

This RFP seeks proposals from qualified organizations to deliver the Short Course Training and Employment Centre from Edmonton for eligible Albertans throughout the Alberta North Region. The Centre is a Transition to Employment Services (TES) initiative focused on occupation-targeted training and certification, aiming to skill-up participants for specific occupations with certifications, tickets, and short-term training. The objectives include providing occupation-specific training and employment outcomes, maximizing Short Course training within TES program guidelines, offering assessment, job search, placement, and follow-up supports, and including Paid Work Experience as applicable. The delivery period is from December 1, 2026, to February 28, 2029.
