Description

This solicitation is for the installation of a Limited Use/Limited Access (LULA) barrier free three stop hydraulic elevator in an existing 2-storey office building located in Drumheller, Alberta. The work includes all required interior demolition, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical work. Additionally, the project involves removal of hazardous materials such as asbestos containing drywall joint compound, vinyl flooring, parging, and lead paint adhered to the concrete in the basement. The hazardous material removal will be managed through a cash allowance. The contract commencement is upon issuance of the Letter of Acceptance, with interim acceptance required by March 31, 2027.
