Description
The County of Tuolumne is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced parties to provide long-term operation, management, and maintenance of the Tulloch Reservoir Public Fishing Access project area. The concessionaire will be responsible for operating the boat launch and vessel decontamination station, campground and campsite reservation services, marina operations, maintenance of facilities and grounds, and day-to-day oversight. The project area includes approximately 62 acres of lakefront property with campsites, cabins, cabanas, RV sites, parking, marina, and boat-launch facilities. The contract term is five years with possible extensions, and proposals must include a detailed financial plan and demonstrate compliance with applicable laws.
