This opportunity seeks qualified Small Businesses to provide regulated medical and pharmaceutical hazardous waste collection and disposal services for the Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center, part of the Indian Health Service (IHS) Shiprock Service Unit. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service (IHS), Shiprock Service Unit, Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center - Services Requested: - Regulated medical waste collection and disposal - Bi-weekly pick-up and delivery of regulated medical waste - Pharmaceutical hazardous waste collection and disposal - Up to three annual pick-ups for chemo trace waste - Up to three annual pick-ups for hazardous pharmaceutical waste - Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, treatment, and disposal - Unique Requirements: - Compliance with all relevant permits and regulations - Services must be performed between 0800 and 1600 hours, generally on the same day of the week - Contract duration is 12 months with four 1-year option periods (up to 5 years total) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Notice is issued under the Buy Indian Act and federal acquisition regulations
