The Department of the Air Force, 105th Airlift Wing (ANG), Stewart ANGB Fire Department, is seeking a contractor for on-site advanced cleaning, inspection, and repair evaluation services for 70 structural firefighting PPE assemblies. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 105th Airlift Wing (ANG), Stewart ANGB Fire Department - Services Requested: - On-site advanced cleaning of 70 structural firefighting PPE ensembles - On-site advanced inspection of 70 PPE ensembles by qualified personnel - Repair evaluation and written recommendations for PPE requiring repair, alteration, retirement, or replacement - Detailed documentation and electronic reporting for each PPE ensemble, including manufacturer, model, serial number, owner ID, inspection findings, cleaning date, deficiencies, corrective actions, and serviceability - PPE Assemblies Include: - Structural firefighting coat, trousers, helmet, protective hood, gloves, and footwear (footwear receives visual inspection only unless otherwise specified) - Standards and Requirements: - Services must comply with NFPA 1850, DAFI 32-2001, AFI 91-203, and manufacturer standards - Use manufacturer-approved cleaning methods and detergents - No repairs performed without government approval unless separately authorized - Wage Determination WD#2015-4159 applies - Period of Performance: - All services must be completed within 30 days of contract award or as coordinated with the Fire Chief or Contracting Officer Representative - Annual recurring service implied for PPE maintenance - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or brands are listed for the PPE items - Unique Requirements: - Strict compliance with Air Force, OSHA, and NFPA standards - Comprehensive electronic reporting within 10 business days - On-site service delivery at Stewart ANGB

On-site services only for 70 structural firefighting PPE assemblies. The contractor shall perform advanced cleaning and advanced inspection services. Each PPE ensemble includes:
