Description

Kwaan Tech, LLC, 14360 Newbrook Drive, Suite 200, Chantilly, Virgina, was awarded a $29,999,937.02 fixed-price, sole-source for E-3 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development Services. This contract provides for technical and program management requirements for the full spectrum of United States Air Force (USAF) directed E-3 training efforts to include Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Replacement of Avionics for Global Operations and Navigation (DRAGON) Flight Deck Training. These efforts include Contract Instructor Academic Instruction, Aircrew Training Device (ATD) Instruction, Flight Instruction, Courseware Development, Aircrew ATD event scheduling, and support functions. In addition, it will include exercise director, simulator operator support, and scenario development for the E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS). Work will be performed at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, and is expected to be completed by August 31, 2029. This contract was a non-competitive acquisition. Fiscal Year 2027 O&M funds in the amount of $75,433.86 are being obligated at time of award.
