The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS), Bureau of HIV, STI and Hepatitis (BHSH) seeks to establish a Single Feasible Source (SFS) contract with NOWDiagnostics, Inc. for the purchase of over the counter (OTC) First To Know Syphilis Rapid Test Kits. This test kit is the only FDA-authorized OTC syphilis test designed for consumer use without a healthcare professional present. The contract period is from the date of award through August 31, 2027, with two one-year renewal options available.
