This solicitation is for Expressions of Interest (EOI) only for the roof replacement and asbestos abatement project at SUNY Purchase. The scope includes rehabilitation of the roof and asbestos abatement at H Street Buildings 5 and 6. The estimated construction cost ranges from $2,100,000.00 to $2,400,000.00. The project does not require a Project Labor Agreement. Qualified contractors will receive final bid documents after review of qualification packages.
