The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Florence, Colorado, is seeking dairy product deliveries for its correctional facility. - Government Buyer: - Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Florence (USP - Financial Management) - Products/Services Requested: - Whole pasteurized milk (8 fl oz containers): 375,000 units - Low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese (5 lb tubs): 700 cartons - Reduced fat or nonfat sour cream (5 lb tubs): 1,778 cartons - All products must comply with federal food safety and allergen labeling regulations, and meet Bureau of Prisons National Menu Specifications - Weekly delivery required for cottage cheese and sour cream - Milk must be in aseptic or plastic pint containers, compliant with 21 CFR131.110 - Cottage cheese and sour cream must have at least 60 days remaining shelf life upon delivery - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or brands are named; open to all compliant dairy manufacturers - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Deliveries must occur Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM, excluding federal holidays - Privacy, security, and compliance requirements for handling DOJ information and PII - Unrestricted solicitation, but set aside for small businesses including HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB - All pricing must include shipping (FOB Destination) - Past performance and price are equally weighted in evaluation - Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov with complete representations and certifications - Handwritten bids are not accepted; bids must be submitted via the provided Excel sheet

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Florence, CO intends to issue solicitation, for the acquisition Milk items for delivery to the Federal Correctional Complex, Florence, CO. This acquisition has no set aside. Terms are FOB Destination, full delivery must be completed December 31, 2026 the contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. Past Performance (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors’ quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor. Please include shipping in all pricing. The solicitation will be made available on or about September 9, 2026, and will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.sam.gov All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments and awards, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.
