This opportunity seeks qualified Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) to provide regulated medical waste and pharmaceutical hazardous waste collection and disposal services for the Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center, under the Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center - Services Requested: - Collection and disposal of regulated medical waste - Collection and disposal of pharmaceutical hazardous waste (including RCRA and non-RCRA) - Bi-weekly pick-up of regulated medical waste - Up to three annual pick-ups each for chemo trace and hazardous pharmaceutical waste - Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, treatment, and disposal - Compliance with all permits and regulations required - Unique Requirements: - Only Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) are eligible - Firms must submit the IHS Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form - Contractor must maintain equipment and adhere to regulatory standards - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - No products or part numbers are specified; this is a service-based requirement

This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only, issued on behalf of the Indian Health Service. This is not a solicitation for proposals or quotations. In accordance with the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. § 47), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the HHS Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR), this notice is to identify and obtain information from qualified Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of providing Regulated Medical Waste and Pharmaceutical Hazardous Waste Collection Disposal Services, Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center (DZHC). See the attached notice for additional information about the required services. Vendors designated as IEE or ISBEE firms who are capable of providing the required services must complete and submit the attached IHS Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form as part of the capability statement submission or proposal submission.
