Description

The Oregon Department of Education (ODE) is soliciting proposals for Federal Program Support Services to assist with the oversight and management of federal programs under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA). The scope includes monitoring support (programmatic and fiscal), technical assistance and professional learning, allocation review and support, and specialized and emerging needs. Contractors will provide expertise in federal program administration, monitoring, technical assistance, professional learning, allocation review, and specialized support services. The procurement establishes a Price Agreement with qualified contractors from which the Agency will select for service orders; no guaranteed work or compensation is assured under the agreement.
