Description

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) aims to establish a pool of 5-6 highly qualified firms to provide Project Inspector (PI) services for the Citrus Community College District (CCCD) and its agents. The selected firms will perform continuous on-site inspections, verify compliance with approved plans and codes, maintain inspection records, coordinate with various stakeholders, and monitor project progress through to completion. The services are required to support various upcoming construction projects and ensure timely and comprehensive inspection services. The project location is 1000 West Foothill Blvd., Glendora, Los Angeles, CA.
