Amtrak is seeking firms to provide Owner's Representative and professional project management services for multiple rail facility capital projects. The selected firm will act as the Owner's Representative throughout the planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases. Responsibilities include project planning and management, budget and cost control, design phase support, contract administration, construction phase oversight, stakeholder communication, and project closeout. The firm must ensure projects are delivered according to approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, and operational objectives.
