This is a notice of intent to purchase single/sole source for personalized learning services by Hillsborough County Public Schools. The procurement will be awarded to a single vendor as described in the attached Exhibit A. No competitive solicitation is available, and responses will only be considered to determine if competition exists. Interested firms must submit their responses within seven business days to demonstrate their capability to meet or exceed the requirements.
