The City of Santa Fe is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather industry feedback for Phase One horizontal infrastructure improvements at the Midtown Redevelopment Site, formerly the Santa Fe University of Art and Design and the College of Santa Fe. The project involves high-density, mixed-use development supporting commercial and residential uses consistent with the Midtown Master Plan. The City seeks input to refine project scope, procurement strategy, and contract requirements before a future competitive Request for Proposals (RFP).
