Ada County Highway District (ACHD) Maintenance Operations is requesting proposals for the production and delivery of 22,700 tons of 3/8” chip seal aggregate material for FY28 maintenance. - Buyer: Maintenance Operations, Ada County Highway District - Products Requested: - 22,700 tons of 3/8” chip seal aggregate material - Must meet Section 802 and 808 of the 2017 Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction - Aggregate must be screenings of crushed stone or aggregate, free from objectionable material - Requirements include cleanliness, durability, and fractured faces - Delivery & Logistics: - Material to be stockpiled at ACHD White Pit in Meridian - Delivery required Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., excluding holidays - Delivery tickets and daily tonnage reports required - Quality Control: - Mandatory quality control testing and records - Liquidated damages apply for late delivery - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Opportunity includes stockpile management, quality control, and coordination with ACHD staff

Description

This solicitation is for the procurement of approximately 22,700 tons of 3/8" chip seal aggregate material for the FY28 chip seal season. The material must meet specific Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction and be free from objectionable materials.
