Description

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public comments on proposed non-substantive changes to three information collection requests (ICRs) related to General Performance Reporting for Assistance Programs, Promoting Readiness and Enhancing Proficiency to Advance Reporting and Data, and the National Estuary Program. These changes are intended to ensure compliance with recent Executive Orders and do not alter the nature or burden of the reporting requirements. The ICRs are currently approved through January 31, 2028, and the EPA is seeking comments to be received by October 9, 2026. The information collected supports EPA's management and accountability of its assistance programs.
