Description
The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico has revised its approved Public Water System Supervision Program by adopting drinking water regulations for the Consumer Confidence Report Rule Revisions. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has tentatively approved these revisions, determining that they meet all minimum Federal requirements and are no less stringent than Federal regulations. Interested parties have the opportunity to request a public hearing regarding this tentative approval. Requests for a public hearing must be received by October 9, 2026.
