Description
This Invitation for Proposals (IFP) seeks approximately 23,600 square feet of usable office space for client/customer service for the Department of Children and Families. The space should be located within Auburn, Berlin, Bolton, Boylston, Clinton, Grafton, Harvard, Lancaster, Millbury, Shrewsbury, Sterling, West Boylston, or Worcester as shown on the attached map C-5. The lease term is for 10 years. The procurement is managed by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM).
