Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) is soliciting all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to completely replace the two 20-ton wall-mounted HVAC systems in the UV Disinfection Building at the Pelham Road WRRF. The scope includes installation of HVAC units, new flex conduit and wiring, integration of thermostats, condensate drain piping, and startup services. The contractor is responsible for coordination with suppliers and ensuring compatibility of all components. The warranty period is one year from completion, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
