Description

The City of Moncton is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms with experience in mechanical engineering, arena and skating-rink HVAC systems, hydronic heating, refrigeration heat recovery, energy efficiency, energy modelling, building controls, and related building-system upgrades. The project involves assessing the existing heating and HVAC infrastructure at the Moncton Coliseum arena, developing an Investment Analysis Report evaluating four heating system scenarios, and recommending a preferred heating system solution.
