The Department of Public Works seeks services to update the County of San Mateo's Facility Condition Index System (FCIS), which quantifies deferred maintenance, prioritizes capital funding, and benchmarks asset performance to ensure safety, compliance, and resource efficiency. The current FCIS, implemented in 2018, requires updates to include new facilities, renovated buildings, and new equipment.
