Description

This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to contract with a qualified firm or consultant to provide Threat Assessment Services. The consultant must have access to Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) Certified Threat Managers with expertise in Threat Assessment Planning and Threat Assessment and Management Team development. The scope includes training, exercise facilitation, policy and procedure creation, program evaluation, community outreach, communication plan development, and integration and training of evidence-based threat assessment tools. The contract may be awarded to one or multiple contractors.
