Description

The Town of Nantucket is seeking qualified architectural or engineering firms licensed in Massachusetts to provide professional services for the design and renovation of two municipal administration facilities located at 16 Broad Street and 20 South Water Street. The selected firm will be responsible for multiple phases including feasibility study, schematic design development, construction documents, pre-qualification and bidding, and construction contract award in collaboration with the Owners Project Manager and the Town. The contract term is up to three years with a planned start date in November 2026, and the compensation will be a modified cost-plus fee up to a not-to-exceed amount. Proposals must be submitted electronically by October 6, 2026, and the Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
