Description
The University of California, Davis (UC Davis) has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects in accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA). The inventory includes human remains representing at least two individuals and 1,836 associated funerary objects from various archaeological sites. UC Davis has determined a cultural affiliation between these remains and the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria, California. Repatriation of the human remains and associated funerary objects may occur on or after October 9, 2026, and requests for repatriation must be sent to the authorized representative at UC Davis.
