Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the demolition and turnkey construction of one 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom replacement home located in Adair County. The home has tested positive for asbestos containing materials (ACM), and safe work practices must be followed as noted in the attached ACM Report. Bidders must provide all necessary labor, quality control, licenses, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, permits, insurance, and supervision to complete the project within 120 work days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The project includes demolition of the existing structure and construction of a new home with specific requirements detailed in the bid packet.
