RC-135/WC-135 Aircrew Training and Courseware Development Bridge Contract

This opportunity is for a six-month bridge contract supporting RC-135 and WC-135 aircrew training and courseware development at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Combat Command Training Support Squadron (ACC TRSS) Detachment 10 and 338th Combat Training Squadron (CTS) - Air Combat Command Acquisition Management & Integration Center (AMIC) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs are named; MilSup LLC is identified as the incumbent contractor for the bridge contract. - Services Requested: - RC/WC-135 Contract Aircrew Training (CAT): Academic instruction, training device instruction, flight instruction, remedial training, instrument refresher courses, and flight training for pilots, navigators, electronic warfare officers, and mission crew members - Estimated 317 students across multiple courses - Courseware Development (CWD): Creation, review, revision, and delivery of courseware materials, including new development, scheduled and urgent updates, and major system change updates - Estimated 96 courseware development actions - Flight Instruction: In-flight and ground training for RC/WC-135 pilots and navigators (7 positions) - Staff Support: Personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items required for training and courseware development - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor personnel must hold security clearances up to Top Secret with SCI - Compliance with ITAR for foreign nationals - Extensive quality assurance and security protocols - Annual updates to courseware schedules and training workload management - Phase-in and phase-out periods included - No product part numbers or physical product purchases are specified; focus is on comprehensive service delivery.
