Description
Marine Corps Installations East – Regional Contracting Office intends to award a sole-source contract to OSHKOSH DEFENSE, LLC, located at 2307 OREGON ST., OSHKOSH, WI 54902, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.301(a). The requirement is to provide maintenance training on the Logistics Vehicle System Replacement (LVSR) Cargo variant. These services are essential to ensure maintainers can effectively troubleshoot, inspect, and repair the system. The desired outcome is the successful delivery of multiple comprehensive 9-day LVSR Cargo Maintenance courses at MCB Camp Lejeune, NC, blending classroom theory with hands-on practical application. The Contractor shall provide instruction for up to twelve (12) Government personnel per course iteration. For each system covered, the Contractor shall instruct students on component identification, theory of operation, inspection, testing, and fault diagnosis in accordance with the applicable Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical manuals. The Period of Performance will be for five (5) years, consisting of a single sixty-month (60-month) ordering period. All training shall be conducted at Government-provided facilities on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC. The IDIQ contract was awarded on 1 September 2026 for a total of $550,640.00.
