Description

CMS, in agreement with the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services (CPO-GS), desires to establish a JPMC Sole Source with the Illinois Press Association for Newspaper Publications. These publications will be available to governmental units and qualified not-for-profit agencies. The procurement involves placement of public notices and advertisements in newspapers throughout the state, consolidated billing for ad placement, and providing legal documentation of ad placement.
