Description

This RFQ is issued by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing and conducted by the Division of Wildlife Resources to contract a vendor for helicopter lift services and ground crew. The vendor will be responsible for flying 7 new guzzler tanks, apron materials, and fencing materials to multiple locations including Levan Wildlife Management Area, Hobble Creek WMA, Timpanogos WMA, Little Sahara Sand Dunes, and Tintic Valley. The work is scheduled for September 18th at three locations, and from November 2nd to November 20th, 2026 for the remaining two locations. Quotes will be evaluated for responsiveness according to the Utah Procurement Code, and only the primary bid will be accepted if multiple or alternate bids are submitted.
