Description

This request for proposal seeks to contract a qualified firm or consultant to provide Threat Assessment Services. The consultant should have access to Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) Certified Threat Managers with expertise in Threat Assessment Planning and Threat Assessment and Management Team development. Additional requirements include expertise in training, exercise facilitation, policy procedure creation, program evaluation, community outreach, communication plan development, and training on evidence-based threat assessment tools. The contract term is one year with four one-year options, and the contract may be awarded to multiple or single contractors.
