Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (RIOC) is seeking a qualified organization to provide complete administrative and operational support for the Roosevelt Island Public Purpose Fund. The Fund supports nonprofit organizations whose programs, services, and projects directly benefit residents of Roosevelt Island and enhance the quality of life in the community. The selected organization will manage the annual grant application process, conduct outreach and technical assistance, review applications, administer grant agreements and payments, monitor compliance, and provide regular reports to RIOC. The contract term is one year with four one-year renewal options.
