Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking contractors for fence repair services at Kerr Wildlife Management Area in Kerr County, Texas. - Government Buyer: - Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD), Purchasing and Contracting Office - Contact: Vanessa D Contreras, Senior Purchaser - Scope of Work: - Demolition, removal, and construction of approximately 3,900 feet of new four-strand barbed-wire fencing - Installation includes pipe corner brace posts, pipe line braces, pipe line posts, steel T-posts, barbed wire, and four 14-foot gates - Contractor must supply all labor, equipment, supervision, and incidental materials for construction - Removal of old fencing materials, welding/cutting of pipe, wildfire prevention, site cleanup, and compliance with safety/environmental standards required - Materials: - All fencing materials (pipe, T-posts, post clips, barbed wire, gates, Sackcrete or cement, sand) will be provided by TPWD - Contract Structure: - Initial project to be completed by August 31, 2027 - Blanket contract runs through August 31, 2028, with up to three one-year renewal options - Future fence repair projects may be awarded on an as-needed basis - Notable Requirements: - Mandatory site visit required - Compliance with Texas procurement preferences and dual CTCD/CTCM certification - Work hours: Monday through Sunday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named, as materials are supplied by TPWD

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids to establish a blanket contract for fence repair services at the Kerr Wildlife Management Area located in Kerr County, Texas. The initial project involves approximately 3,900 feet of fence repair as per the specifications dated September 2026. Fencing materials such as pipe, T-Posts, Post Clips, Barbed-Wire, Gates, Sackcrete or Cement, and Sand will be provided by TPWD. Future projects will be on an as-needed basis.
