Description

This RFP is a supplemental bid for additional product lines to be added to the PA State PEPPM Contract starting January 1, 2027. It includes 114 product lines, with 11 offering E-Rate eligible products and services, categorized under Category 2 and Category 1 for network equipment. Vendors interested in adding equivalent product lines must follow the specified process and timeline in the Bid Documents. The contract term is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2028, with an optional one-year extension. Over 835 PA schools, libraries, and consortia may use this contract for E-rate eligible purchases, with more than $109 million requested since FY 2021 as pre-discount cost for eligible equipment.
