Jefferson County Public Library is seeking Internet Access and Data Transmission Services with symmetrical bandwidth starting at approximately 2 Gbps, scalable to 5 Gbps, with guaranteed throughput to the main library in Madison, IN, beginning July 1, 2027. The service includes laddered pricing in 1 Gbps increments, a minimum of 10 public IPv4 addresses with optional IPv6 pricing, and leased lit network capacity for standalone WAN service connecting the main site to the Hanover Branch Library. The contract duration is 3 or 5 years with optional extensions, and the procurement is contingent upon E-Rate funding approval.
