Shenandoah School Corporation is seeking Internet Access and Data Transmission Services bundled with a transport service. The required service includes symmetrical bandwidth at 3 Gbps scalable to 5 Gbps with guaranteed throughput to the high school located at 7354 W US Hwy 36, Middletown, IN, starting July 1, 2027. The solicitation requires laddered pricing in 1 Gbps increments and includes a contract term of 3 or 5 years with or without voluntary extensions. The project is contingent upon successful E-Rate funding, and no site visits or informational meetings will be scheduled. Bids must be submitted by October 12, 2026, at NOON EST and must comply with USAC and FCC rules.
