Kensington Health is seeking proposals for a Shift Fill Solution with optional Absence Reporting functionality to support its 24/7 Long-Term Care and Hospice operations in Toronto, Ontario. The solution must integrate with UKG Workforce Management and support shift-allocation rules, employee bidding, automatic shift award with manual review, employee availability management, implementation, training, hosting, and ongoing support. Optional Absence Reporting functionality will be evaluated and priced separately. The contract term is estimated to be 24 months with up to three additional one-year extension options at Kensington Health's discretion.
