Description

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is seeking a professional book scanner to digitize technical reference materials, historical documents, manuals, reports, and other records. The scanner will facilitate the preservation of source materials and enhance access to digital records for operational and research activities. All initial deliverables must be received within sixty (60) days of contract award. The procurement requires Facility Access II (FA2) security clearance for contractor resources and is based on the lowest evaluated price among bids meeting all mandatory technical criteria.
