The program aims to reinforce desired behaviors, increase consistency and transparency, reduce administrative effort, and provide a more modern and inclusive recognition experience for employees and leaders. EDC is exploring solutions that include peer-to-peer recognition, leader-to-employee/team recognition, long-service awards, and social recognition, with options for monetary and non-monetary rewards.
