Description

Polytechnique Montréal is seeking to acquire and implement an online recruitment and application management system (ATS). The system should support personnel request creation and submission, approval workflows, job posting creation and display, question library generation, management of internal and external applications, candidate filtering and qualification, selection process management, candidate communication, report/statistics generation, and provide support during normal business hours. The system must be adaptable to the university environment, and the supplier must be able to provide training in French and travel to Polytechnique Montréal.
