Description

This Sources Sought notice is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of testing services for U.S. Navy Lubrication Oil, Fuel Oil, Hydraulic Oil, & Grease applications. Specifications are listed in the attached Sources Sought Notice and Statement of Work (SOW).

SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required services described in the Sources Sought Attachment and SOW.

NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to jenny.e.tomeo.civ@us.navy.mil by 04:00PM EST, 27 August 2026.

Responses shall list "N64498-26-RFPREQ-PD-33-0074" in the subject line. No phone calls shall be accepted.

This notice is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal.
