Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, packaging, sampling, laboratory analysis, and disposal services necessary to remediate residual petroleum-impacted soil and remove fuel-contaminated wastewater at the 36th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants (POL) Compound, Andersen Air Force Base (AFB), Guam. The work addresses contamination associated with a fuel release near Building 26200 / Pumphouse 1 Generator and the contents of the Product Recovery Tank at Pumphouse 1. The objective is to excavate and remove fuel-impacted soils to achieve the applicable cleanup goals, properly package, transport, and dispose of all generated waste (soil and liquid), confirm attainment of cleanup standards through laboratory analysis, and restore the excavated area to match surrounding grade and pre-existing conditions. All work shall be performed in a manner that minimizes disruption to flight operations and base activities.
